Agreement

By accessing rojisitiri's website or product, you agree to these terms. If you use the product on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

The service

Rojisitiri provides software for retail operations including inventory, sales, credit, multi-store management, and related reporting. Features may evolve; we may add, change, or remove functionality with reasonable notice where practical.

Soft launch access

During soft launch, access may be invite-only or capacity-limited. Requesting access does not guarantee onboarding. We may decline or defer applications at our discretion.

Accounts

• You are responsible for credentials and for activity under your accounts.
• Workspace owners are responsible for authorizing team members and permissions.
• You must provide accurate business and contact information and keep it updated.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Probe, abuse, or disrupt the service or other tenants.
• Use the product for unlawful activity or to store unlawful content.
• Reverse engineer or resell the service except as permitted by law or a written agreement.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed according to the plan assigned to your business. Fees may be collected via supported payment methods (including mobile money). Non-payment may result in suspension or limited access after any applicable grace period.

Your data

You retain ownership of business data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service. Our Privacy policy describes how we handle personal information.

Availability and disclaimer

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The product is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate access according to the commercial arrangement in place. Upon termination, your right to use the product ends; we may retain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
