Rojisitiri ("we", "us") provides a multi-tenant retail operating system. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it when you visit our website or use the product.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

• Account details such as name, email, phone, and business information you provide during onboarding.
• Operational data you enter in the product (products, sales, inventory, customers, team members) belonging to your business.
• Technical data such as IP address, device/browser type, and basic usage logs needed to secure and operate the service.
• Access-request details you submit on our marketing site (name, email, business, message).

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the product.
• Authenticate users and protect accounts and tenants.
• Respond to access requests and support inquiries.
• Process subscription billing where applicable (for example via mobile money providers).
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal information. We use infrastructure and service providers (hosting, databases, email, payment gateways) strictly to operate the product. Tenant business data remains scoped to that business and is not shared with other customers.

Retention

We retain account and operational data for as long as your business uses the service and as needed for legal, security, and billing records. You may request deletion of your account subject to legitimate retention needs.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and tenant isolation by business. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; report concerns promptly.

Your choices

You can update profile details in-product, request access to or deletion of personal data, and opt out of non-essential marketing messages. Workspace owners control team membership for their business.
